Your down-line is defined as the people that you directly enrolled and the people enrolled by them. To put a person in your down-line you must use your distributor ID as the enroller and sponsor when you sign up the sales consultant or preferred member.

Q: If a sales consultant makes a director level, what happens to the next up-line directorís compensation? Break-away

When a sales consultant achieves a Director level (100 personal, 1000 group) they break-away from their up-line director. The month that this original breakaway occurs, for qualification purposes only, the up-line director will receive the volume roll-up from the new director. Hence, they will be a qualified director that month. After that month, the up-line director will no longer have this benefit. Instead, the up-line director will be paid an 8% Leadership Bonus as long as the new director remains a qualified director. The next 2 months, after the original breakaway, the up-line directorís minimum monthly qualification drops to 100 personal volume and 500 group volume to enable that up-line director the time to rebuild their organization. After the two months, qualifications return to the 100 personal and 1000 group (standard director minimum). A point to remember is that these benefits are only provided on the original breakaway. For example: If a sales consultant breaks away and becomes a director in August 03, then drops back down to a sales consultant for the next 6 months and then in the March 04 of the next year makes a Director Level again, their up-line director only receives a reduction of their requirements in September and November 03, not again in April and May 04.
