Your down-line
is defined as the people that you directly enrolled
and the people enrolled by them. To put a person
in your down-line you must use your distributor
ID as the enroller and sponsor when you sign up
the sales consultant or preferred member.
Your up-line
is the person that sponsored/enrolled you and the
people that enrolled your sponsor and so on, until
you get to the originator of the distribution tree.
Q: Does
my personal volume count as part of my group volume
in your compensation program?
Yes, your personal volume will
count toward your group volume requirement, for
example: if you have $500 in personal volume and
$500 in group volume you would qualify as a director
or if you have 100 personal volume and $900 in group
volume you would also qualify.
A preferred member is a person
who would like to order product for their own consumption
or for the purpose of reselling the product directly
to others at the suggested retail price to gain
a profit.
Q: What
do I need to do as a sales consultant to be eligible
for commission?
To be eligible for commission,
you must have a monthly minimum of $50.00 in personal
volume. Achieving this minimum enables you to earn
a 10% commission on your personal volume and a 10%
commission on preferred members in your down-line.
Q: What
are Director Level Requirements?
To be eligible for a director
level, you must have a monthly minimum of $100.00
in personal volume and $1000 of group volume. Achieving
this minimum enables you to earn a 20% commission
on your personal volume and 10% commission on the
volume of the sales consultants in your down-line.
Additionally, you earn 20% commission on any preferred
members that you directly sign up. On preferred
member sales you also earn the difference between
the preferred member price and the wholesale price.
For example: the preferred member price for Barley
Green Premium is $32.00, the wholesale price is
$30.00. The sales consultant earns the $2.00 difference.
Q:
How am I paid if I qualify as a Director (100 personal
and 1000) group?
A director is paid a 20% commission
on your personal volume and 10% commission on the
volume of the sales consultants in your down-line.
Q:What happens if I miss my
minimum requirement for the Director Level?
If you miss your minimum requirement
(100 personal &1000 group) you will receive
commission at a sales consultant level (provided
you made that requirement which is $50 in personal
volume). That means that you would earn 10% commission
on your personal volume and 10% commission on your
Preferred Members, plus the price differential between
preferred member prices and wholesale prices. For
example: the preferred member price for Barley Green
Premium is $32.00, the wholesale price is $30.00.
The sales consultant earns the $2.00 difference.
If you did not make the sales
consultant minimum requirement, you would not earn
any commission or price differential.
Q: If
a sales consultant makes a director level, what
happens to the next up-line directorís compensation?
Break-away
When a sales consultant achieves
a Director level (100 personal, 1000 group) they
break-away from their up-line director. The month
that this original breakaway occurs, for qualification
purposes only, the up-line director will receive
the volume roll-up from the new director. Hence,
they will be a qualified director that month. After
that month, the up-line director will no longer
have this benefit. Instead, the up-line director
will be paid an 8% Leadership Bonus as long as the
new director remains a qualified director. The next
2 months, after the original breakaway, the up-line
directorís minimum monthly qualification
drops to 100 personal volume and 500 group volume
to enable that up-line director the time to rebuild
their organization. After the two months, qualifications
return to the 100 personal and 1000 group (standard
director minimum). A point to remember is that these
benefits are only provided on the original breakaway.
For example: If a sales consultant breaks away and
becomes a director in August 03, then drops back
down to a sales consultant for the next 6 months
and then in the March 04 of the next year makes
a Director Level again, their up-line director only
receives a reduction of their requirements in September
and November 03, not again in April and May 04.
